Sign in with Sui
You can sign up and sign in to the Inodra dashboard with a Sui wallet. You sign one message. There is no transaction and no gas.
A wallet is its own account. It is not linked to an email, Google or GitHub account.
Who It Is For
- Agent owners who want to see the account of an agent that pays with x402
- Wallet users who prefer a wallet to an email and password
How It Works
- On the login page, click Continue with Sui wallet.
- Connect your wallet. Any wallet that dapp-kit supports works, for example Slush, Suiet and Phantom.
- Inodra returns a message with a one-time nonce. The nonce is valid for 5 minutes.
- Your wallet asks you to sign the message. This is a personal message, not a transaction. It costs no gas.
- Inodra verifies the signature and opens a session.
- If the account has two-factor authentication, Inodra asks for your code as usual.
What a Wallet Account Gets
The first sign-in creates a wallet organization for the wallet. The same organization is created when the wallet makes a first x402 payment. Whichever comes first, it is one organization.
A wallet organization includes nothing until it pays:
| Item | Before the first payment | After |
|---|---|---|
| Credits | 0 | Every payment adds credits at the pay-per-request rate |
| API keys | None. You can create keys once the wallet has paid $5 in total | Keys with data, streams and manage scopes |
| Webhooks, streams, faucet | None | None on the wallet plan. Move to a monthly plan for these |
| Monthly plans | You can pay a plan with USDC from the same wallet |
See an Agent's Account
An agent that pays with x402 owns a wallet organization. To see that organization in the dashboard:
- Open the wallet that the agent pays with in a Sui wallet app.
- Sign in with that wallet.
You land in the agent's organization. You see its prepaid balance, its projects and its API keys.
Pay With a Wallet From an Email Account
You do not link a wallet to an email account. To pay a plan with USDC from an email, Google or GitHub account, open Billing, choose Pay with USDC, and connect the wallet that funds the plan. The wallet signs the allowance. It does not become a sign-in method for that account.
What You Sign
The message follows this template:
inodra.com wants you to sign in with your Sui account:
<your address>
Sign in to Inodra. This request will not trigger a transaction or cost gas.
URI: https://inodra.com
Version: 1
Chain ID: sui:mainnet
Nonce: <one-time nonce>
Issued At: <time of the request>
Expiration Time: <5 minutes later>Before you sign, check these items:
- The first line shows
inodra.com. If it shows another domain, do not sign. - The address is your wallet address.
- The wallet shows a message, not a transaction.
Inodra never asks you to sign a transaction to sign in.
Troubleshooting
The Sign-In Expired
- Cause: You signed more than 5 minutes after Inodra sent the message, or you used the message twice.
- Solution: Click Continue with Sui wallet again. Inodra sends a new nonce.
I Cannot Create an API Key
- Cause: A wallet organization creates keys only once it has paid at least $5.
- Solution: Make an x402 payment or a top-up from the wallet. Then create the key.
A zkLogin or Passkey Wallet Does Not Work
- Cause: zkLogin and passkey wallets are not supported for sign-in yet.
- Solution: Use a wallet with a key pair, or sign in with email.
FAQ
Does sign-in cost gas? No. You sign a personal message. Nothing goes on chain.
Can a wallet sign-in skip two-factor authentication? No. If the account has two-factor authentication, Inodra asks for your code after the signature.
Can I use the wallet in scripts? No. Wallet sign-in is for the dashboard. Scripts and agents use an API key. See the Management API.
