Smart Wallets (Closed Beta)
Closed beta - not generally available yet: Smart Wallets are being onboarded in small batches and the endpoints and SDK surface shown here are a design preview that may change before launch. Want in? Request early access and tell us what you're building and where your project stands.
Overview
Smart Wallets turn a social login into a Sui wallet. Your users sign in with an account they already have and get a self-custodial wallet - no seed phrase, no browser extension, no onboarding drop-off.
- Self-custodial by design: built on Sui's native zkLogin. Each wallet is cryptographically tied to its user's login. You never hold user keys, and neither do we.
- Zero cryptographic infrastructure: Inodra operates the salt and proving services zkLogin requires, so you don't stand up or maintain any of it.
- Charged Wallets: pair with the Fuel Station and wallets come with gas built in - users can transact the moment they sign in, without ever holding SUI.
What It Will Look Like
typescript
// Design preview - details may evolve before GA
// 1. Your user completes a social sign-in and your app receives a
// JWT. One call returns their wallet (Inodra derives the salt)
const { address, salt } = await inodra.zklogin.address({ jwt })
// 2. Fetch a zero-knowledge proof; the user can now sign
// transactions like any other Sui wallet
const proof = await inodra.zklogin.prove({ jwt, salt, publicKey })
// 3. Charged Wallets: pair with the Fuel Station and the
// transaction executes with zero SUI in the walletRequest Access
Smart Wallets are in closed beta while we onboard the first wave of teams. Tell us about your project - what you're building and what stage it's at - and we'll reach out as access opens up. You can also ping us on Discord.
